Every hat starts with the leather. I personally select each hide by hand — if the quality isn’t right, it never makes it into a hat.

From there, I cut every panel myself. No factories, no automation — just traditional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

I shape every brim by hand so no two hats are ever exactly the same. When you wear one, it’s uniquely yours.

Before any hat ships, I do one final check — the shape, the feel, the leather itself. If I wouldn’t proudly wear it myself, it doesn’t leave my workshop.
